As an American visiting Paris for the 2024 Olympics we were concerned about finding accommodations that had the following: Fridge Ice Safe AC Balcony Microwave Stovetop Access to a nearby Metro, RER, and Bus Transportation Larger than normal Paris room English-speaking employees. Well, guess what? Residhotel Imperial Rennequin checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations (which were high) . You are within walking distance of a large market (Monoprix) with local prices, an outstanding bakery (La Pompadour) many inexpensive cafes and restaurants, and more importantly, you can go anywhere in Paris from the Pereire Metro Station. The 10-minute walk to/from the metro takes you past the market, the bakery, and many small eateries so on your way to/from your destination you can pick up food and drinks to take with you or back to your hotel. The photos on there website are accurate. Leticia, Pedro, Lina, and the housekeeping team were all outstanding. Do not hesitate to stay here!!! TIPS Ask how to get out of the locked gate at night, it's not obvious Elevator - 0 is the ground floor with an exit to the street, not floor 1 We brought ice trays just in case but they did provide us with one I don't know if they have fans but we bought a small one at Monoprix for our 12-night stay as it didn't get cool enough for us AC American freaks! Bring a ziplock for leftovers as there are no storage containers Keep the electric shade and bathroom door closed during the day, it keeps it cooler Ask for a printout of all of the major attractions which shows which train/bus to take There is a vegetable/fruit stand one block away, buy produce there instead of Monoprix as it's fresher and cheaper Buy the ham & cheese croissant and chocolate croissant from La Pompadour Bring washed clothes as they do not provide them

These are my wife's impressions who spent 6 nights in this wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub, and a nice terrace. A feeling of safety and security, especially for female travellers, due to a double set of entry doors plus the room's lock. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. It's located between several metro stations, which is very convenient, and within a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. There is a very nice local market in the next street with an excellent choice of meet, fish, fruits and vegetables, and flowers.

Very nice and helpful staff. Everyone is so attentive and willing to give excellent service. Good location, next to grocery, patisserie shop, local restaurants, pharmacies, metro station, bus stop. The room is spacious with nice balcony. The area is quiet. Booking taxi from hotel to airport was very convenient. We had very pleasant stay. highly recommend and would love to go back here.

The lady at the reception was very nice, welcoming and helpful. One of the heaters in the room was not working and she kindly was able to lend us another which was much needed as the temperature had dropped. Good sized room, slippers were a good touch (especially when coming in from the cold), good sized balcony, decent other room amenities.

i was there with my wife and it was beautiful!!! the hotel lady was very very friendly and helped us in every situation when we was looking for help. the room was also very beautiful and we had enough place. everything was good to reach like 10-15 min driving. if we come back to visit france we will ever come back to this hotel!
